I've been meditating almost daily for the past 5 years, and I can safely say that the times I've set myself a non-negotiable goal like 30, 40, 90, or 120 consecutive days of meditation - I have completed exactly that and felt SO GOOD for it. (Like, next-level growth + shifts + manifestations.)
And the times when I'm just kinda like "ehhhh I'll meditate every day"........I meditate most days, sure, but not EVERY day, and I notice a difference on the days I skip (and I don't like that difference so much!) And my "results" are much more wishy-washy too.
Which is why I'm setting myself the personal "challenge" (experiment!) to meditate every day for the next year (whoa), non-negotiable.
