My turning point
For nearly two decades, I tried to “figure out” my dream career.
- I got degrees, certifications, and hired mentors
- I worked in multiple industries and roles, following my curiosities
- I took on leadership roles, freelanced, and started businesses
- I doubled my 6-figure salary in 2.5 years
From the outside, it looked like progress and success.
Internally, I was exhausted and deeply unfulfilled.
I tried launching businesses more than once, but abandoned them when they didn’t gain immediate traction.
Each time, I told myself I just needed a better plan.
At the end of 2024, I walked away from the stability I had worked years to build.
I blew it all up on an intuitive nudge that it was “now or never”.
That the fulfillment, peace, and validation I was seeking wouldn’t come from being the “Director” of anything, or waiting for someone else to decide I was “worthy” of a pay raise.
Instead of jumping immediately into the next thing, I hit pause and spent time pouring into myself.
I trained my intuition intentionally, to a science.
I stopped chasing validation externally, and worked on giving it to myself.
And I finally started building security and “proof” that I was successful, from the inside out.
I’ve practiced meditation, mindfulness, yoga, and spiritual disciplines for nearly 20 years, but I finally discovered a combination of practices that actually creates results.
Results like:
- Finally breaking out of being an employee pouring into someone else’s vision, and being able to spend my time however I want to
- Trusting myself to make big investments that will speed up my business growth, even when they don’t make “logical” sense
- Feeling like my work is meaningful, fun, and like I don’t answer to anyone but myself
- Helping clients pop off on Instagram by getting clear on their true purpose, which lead to being crystal clear on their messaging (using intuition, of course)
