1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website, programs, courses, memberships, or services offered by Ainslie Greig ("we," "us," or "our"), you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
2. About Our Services
Ainslie Greig is an intuitive coaching business based in British Columbia, Canada. We offer the following services:
- 1-on-1 Coaching, Mentorship, and Intuitive Read Sessions – Individual sessions delivered virtually or in person.
- Group Programs & Workshops – Facilitated group experiences focused on personal and business growth and transformation.
- Online Courses & Digital Products – Self-paced learning materials, downloadable resources, and digital content.
- Membership / Subscription Programs – Ongoing access to content, community, and coaching support on a recurring basis.
3. Not a Substitute for Professional Services
Important: Coaching and intuitive services are not therapy, counselling, psychology, psychiatry, social work, or any other licensed mental health or medical service. Ainslie Greig does not diagnose, treat, or cure any physical, mental, or emotional condition.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require medical attention, please contact a qualified healthcare professional or call 911 (or your local emergency services).
By engaging with our services, you acknowledge that coaching is a personal and business development tool and you take full responsibility for your own wellbeing and decisions.
4. Eligibility
Our services are intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By purchasing or using our services, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.
5. Purchases, Payments & Pricing
5.1 Payment
All prices may be listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) or US dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Payment is due at the time of purchase or booking, unless a payment plan has been agreed upon in writing.
5.2 Payment Plans
Where payment plans are offered, you authorize us to charge your payment method on the agreed schedule. Failure to complete payments does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid or continued access to services.
5.3 Taxes
Applicable taxes (including GST/PST as required by British Columbia and federal law) will be added to your purchase where required.
6. Refund Policy
6.1 1-on-1 Coaching, Mentorship, and Intuitive Sessions
Sessions cancelled with 48 hours or more notice may be rescheduled at no charge. Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable.
6.2 Group Programs & Workshops
Refunds are available if requested 72 hours or more before the program start date. No refunds will be issued after the program begins.
6.3 Online Courses & Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once access has been granted. If you experience a technical issue preventing access, please contact us and we will work to resolve it.
6.4 Memberships & Subscriptions
For any membership or subscription service offered, cancellation and refund policy will be agreed upon at time of signup. If cancellations are offered, they take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not provide partial-month refunds.
7. Rescheduling & Cancellations (Coaching, Mentorship, & Intuitive Sessions)
We understand life happens. We ask for a minimum of 48 hours' notice for rescheduling. We reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to illness, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances, and will provide as much advance notice as possible.
8. Intellectual Property
All content provided through our website, courses, programs, and materials — including text, audio, video, worksheets, and digital downloads — is the intellectual property of Ainslie Greig and is protected by Canadian copyright law.
You may use materials for your own personal development only. You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission;
- Share login credentials or course access with others;
- Resell or repackage our materials in any form.
9. Confidentiality
We are committed to maintaining your privacy and confidentiality within our coaching relationship. Information you share in sessions or programs will not be disclosed to third parties except:
- Where required by law;
- Where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others;
- With your explicit written consent.
Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act (BC PIPA) and applicable federal legislation.
10. Client Responsibilities
By engaging with our services, you agree to:
- Participate honestly and openly;
- Take responsibility for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes;
- Treat coaches, facilitators, and fellow participants with respect;
- Attend scheduled sessions or provide adequate notice of cancellation.
We reserve the right to terminate the coaching relationship if a client behaves in a harmful, abusive, or disrespectful manner, without refund.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ainslie Greig and its owner(s), employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of income, emotional distress, or decisions made based on coaching conversations.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided on an "as is" basis. We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, results, or transformations. Individual results will vary based on effort, circumstances, and other factors beyond our control.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.
14. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
